Extended Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

FOREWORD TO THE POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data voluntarily provided by Users to the e-commerce www.printiamo.it will be used in accordance with current regulations: the processing of these data will be reserved for purposes strictly related to the provision of services requested, the facilitation of the management of the site and the simplification and fulfillment of orders. PRINTIAMO may use your data to send you advertising emails about its products and services, similar to what you have already purchased, unless you refuse such use by exercising your right to object in the manner set out below (art. 13, paragraph 4, d. lgs 196/2003). The provision of Personal Data is optional; however, failure to provide some of them may prevent PRINTIAMO from providing the requested services or concluding the purchase contract.

DATA CONTROLLER

The owner of the processing of personal data is PRINTIAMO - P.IVA 01536390436 located in 62019 Recanati (MC) Italy (company owner of the site www.printiamo.it, hereinafter referred to as "Printiamo").

NATURE OF DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES AND DATA PROTECTION

Printiamo will process users' personal data collected when browsing and using the Site, as well as when registering and submitting purchase orders, through electronic and automated means (see also section on "Cookie Policy").

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

1) performance of obligations strictly related and instrumental to the use of the Site, registration and access to restricted areas of the same, sending purchase orders and management of the contractual relationship;

2) response to specific user requests;

3) fulfillment of legal obligations;

4) performance of statistics, reporting and measurement of the level of customer satisfaction, as well as sending promotional communications and newsletters (by mail and telephone, e-mail and sms, including by automated means) to the contacts issued when filling out the online registration form. Users will be free to unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in each promotional email;

5) processing of information regarding the use of the Site - such as: frequency of use, patterns, habits, interests, statistics, purchase orders, etc. - through the use of cookies (see also section on "Printiamo's Cookie Policy").

Under no circumstances will the data provided by users be destined or disclosed to third parties. An updated list of data processors is available at the company's headquarters.

In the case of payment by credit card or Paypal, the information necessary for the transition (card number and expiration date, security codes) will be sent to the entity responsible for processing via encrypted protocol, without third parties having access to it. However, this information will never be viewed or saved by the vendor (in Printiamo's case).

Printiamo takes appropriate security measures in order to minimize the risks of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access, or processing that is not permitted or not in accordance with the collection purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

However, Printiamo cannot guarantee its users that the measures taken for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site are capable of limiting or excluding any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data by devices pertaining to the user. For this reason, we suggest that users of the site ensure that their computer is equipped with appropriate software for the protection of network data transmission (e.g., up-to-date antivirus software) and that their Internet provider has taken appropriate measures for the security of network data transmission.

USERS' RIGHTS

Printiamo informs Users that they can exercise their rights under Article 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003, below in its essential part. Users have the right to request from Printiamo the following information:

- the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

- the clear communication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing as well as the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

- the reason and purpose of their existence and use;

- the updating, rectification, integration of data, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed

- certification that the above operations have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, also has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications or for other purposes for which he or she has given consent.

The request for the information listed above may be renewed with a minimum interval of 90 days, except for those cases where there is just cause: cancellation or modification of such data due to violation of the law; cancellation of those data that are not usable for the reasons for which they were collected.
