Printiamo's shipping times and delivery methods

Orders are shipped by Printiamo Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. The shipping date for products will be selected by the user during the quotation process. Timeframes are calculated from the completion of the order, i.e. from the outcome of file upload and receipt of payment.

When the order is completed Printiamo will send a summary email with all the information about the purchased goods and shipping costs. Please check it, keep it and contact us if some information is inaccurate.

Printiamo ships throughout Italy, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican State, via Brt or Gls courier. Outside the listed countries different rates will be calculated. For more details, please contact our Customer Service in advance.

If the billing address is different from the shipping address, please specify it when you are completing the order and check that it is correct in every part to avoid misunderstandings at the time of delivery. Please remember that it is important to include a telephone number so that we can contact you promptly in case of delivery problems. 

The order should be considered completed after the relevant payment and after the upload of the file by the user. If the user does not upload the file (in the appropriate section of the Personal Area) within 15 days from the date of the order, the order will be canceled and the user will be refunded in case of confirmed payment. In case of non-compliant file if it is not replaced within a time limit of 15 days the order will be canceled.

In case of cancellation of the order due to causes or at the request of the User, Printiamo will apply a penalty of 10€ as a reimbursement of the costs of taking charge and handling the order process.

Delays in delivery of goods may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Printiamo's control. We will not be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure beyond our control.

As required by law, Printiamo shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the Euro value of each item. For products on sale, the invoice shows the amounts already discounted.

- Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the package to be delivered and the shipping date the user selects in the quote phase. The price - thus calculated for each item - is shown to the customer directly in the product file and in each section of the shopping cart.

Shipping times will be calculated from the time of receipt of the correct file and the corresponding payment, both of which must occur no later than 10:00 am on the same business day, otherwise the order will be processed the next day. Working days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends.

Delivery takes 24/48 hours nationwide, except for islands and inconvenient/difficult to reach locations where it takes 72 hours.

Under no circumstances will Printiamo be held liable for any damages caused by the delay in delivery by the shipper.

You will be sent a text message or an email (depending on the data provided in the order) to monitor the tracking of the package to accurately verify the delivery time of the BRT or GLS courier.

- Deliveries

When goods arrive, customers are asked to inspect the package before signing for delivery. Printiamo's packages are carefully packed: if the package is tampered with or damaged, we recommend signing for "receipt with reserve" by the courier. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package you should report the incident to the courier and send a report to Printiamo, our customer service department at servizioclienti@printiamo.it or using the form in the Contact section directly. If, on the other hand, the delivery does not take place for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong addresses, recipients never available, wrong phone number, etc.) any incidental charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

Printiamo does not deliver to P.O. Boxes (P.O. Boxes) and does not deliver at trade fairs.
